  35. This program was designed as a COMMERCIAL program to facilitate 
  36. information gathering for American Banking Service's Checks Direct (tm) 
  37. service. Quite often situations arise that require merchants to capture 
  38. check transactions over the phone (voice) or do a mass entry of checks 
  39. that have been collected over time. ABS Checks Direct Entry Module toggles 
  40. from a telemarketing mode to mass entry mode to provide offline check entry 
  41. service.

  68. To Install Checks Direct (tm), insert Disk 1 into the appropriate drive.
  69.       
  70.          1. Change to the Foppies logical drive:
  71.             either A or B.
  72.  
  73.          2. Type:  " Install " and follow the program
  74.             directions.

  80. The optional Bank Database is more that 4.9 megs in size covering more 
  81. than 41 thousand U.S. Banks routing (ABA) and account numbers. The ABS 
  82. Checks Direct program (tm) automatically senses the database in it's home 
  83. directory. In its compressed shipping format it spans 2 (two) 3.5" 
  84. diskettes. [Disks 2 and 3 of the complete Checks Direct (tm) package]

  86. To install the optional Bank Database WHEN installing the program files:
  87.                                         
  88.          1. Answer yes to the prompt following Disk 1            
  89.             installation "Install a Module?"
  90.              
  91.          2. Insert Bank Installation Disk 1 when prompted.

  93.          3. Insert Bank Installation Disk 2 when prompted.

  95.          4. Insert Bank Installation Disk 3 when prompted.

  97. To install the optional Bank Database AFTER installing the program files
  98. *OR* 
  99. When upgading from the Stand Alone version to the Verification Version:

  101.          1. Insert Bank Installation Disk 1 into the Floppy
  102.             Drive and type: " (Drive):\Install ".

  104.          2. Insert Bank Installation Disk 2 when prompted.

  120. COMMERCIAL copy of this software may be used by any number of
  121. people, and may be freely moved from one computer location to
  122. another, so long as there is NO POSSIBILITY of it being used at
